Short-Term Limited-Duration Insurance (STLDI) Health Plans

In order for clients to take advantage of the STLDI health plans, you need to live in a state with at least a one-year exemption to the ACA (Obamacare).

The states in green have the full three-year exemption; the blue ones have two-years the orange ones have a one-year exemption.

Alabama; Alaska; Arizona; Arkansas; Florida; Georgia; Idaho; Indiana; Kentucky; Louisiana; Mississippi; Missouri; Montana; North Carolina; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; South Carolina; Tennessee; Texas; West Virginia; Wyoming

Kansas; Maine

Nebraska; Ohio; Utah; Wisconsin
